What are the entry fees?

Please note that these prices do not include registration and service fees as wells as the mandatory USAT membership fees.
What is the deadline for registration?
We encourage you to register for the race by July 1, 2025 in order to guarantee t-shirt sizes.
The deadline for registration or changing events is through the end of Packet Pick-up on August 9.
Will onsite registration be available?
No, all registrations must be completed online prior to the event.
What are the age requirements?
Children 14 and older can take part in the or Sprint distances.
Children 16 and older can take part in the Olympic distances.
Adults 18 and older can take part in the Half and Ultra distances.
If your child does not fall within those age ranges and would like to participate in an event or relay we ask that you reach out to info@tris4health.com. The race directors will review the details you provide or may contact you to get more information to see if our event is a good/safe fit for your child. Decisions to make exceptions for these age restrictions will be made on a case by case basis depending on the kid’s experience and ability.
What constitutes a Relay Team?
Relays can consist of a 2 or 3 person teams. Teams can be all male, all female, or co-ed.
What is the difference between a USAT Memberships and a USAT Day Pass?
USAT Annual Memberships cost $50. There are numerous benefits to becoming an annual member, including:
- One-year subscription to USA Triathlon Magazine, published quarterly. With the largest per-issue circulation in the sport, USA Triathlon Magazine serves to inform, educate and entertain its readership on all aspects of multisport
- One-year subscription to MultiSport Zone, a weekly e-newsletter filled with training advice, nutrition tips, race news and inspirational athlete profiles
- Inclusion in USA Triathlon National Rankings. Athletes completing three or more sanctioned on-road triathlons or duathlons, or two or more aquathlons, aquabikes, or off-road triathlons, and are active members on 11/1 of the race year, receive a National Ranking and have the chance to earn All American honors (top 10% of each age group)

- Eligibility to qualify as a Team USA member at USA Triathlon National Championships and represent your country while competing at ITU Age-Group World Championships each year

USAT Day Passes are available when you register. A USAT Day Pass costs $15 and needs to be purchased by you at the time of registration if you are not a USAT annual member.
Can I change events?
Tris4Health will allow you to change events up until Packet Pick-up. There are will be no refunds given if transferring to a shorter distance race. If you transfer to a longer distance or relay, you will be required to pay the difference between what you paid for your registration and the current price of the event you are transferring. Please visit our policy page for instructions on how to transfer or change events.
What is the withdrawl and refund policy?
Refund Policy
Since many of our costs are incurred prior to race day and are non-refundable, we do not issue refunds for any reason*. Once you have registered for a race, if you can no longer attend for whatever reason, we offer you four options to ensure you get to that start line:
- Deferring to the same race the following year.
- Switching to another T4H event in the same calendar year.
- Transferring your registration to another athlete.
- Racing virtually (which means you complete the race on your own, and we will send you the participant shirt and medal).
*If you disagree with these options, please do not register for this event.
Withdrawal
In the event you wish to withdraw from the race, with the understanding that you will not be refunded, please get in touch with us before race day via email at: info@tris4health.com.
When and where is Packet Pick-up located?
2025 packet pickup information coming soon.
What age group will I race in on race day?
All qualifying events will implement the USAT Age Group Competition rule: All age group athletes must compete in the age group division corresponding to the athlete’s age on December 31st of the year of the event.
Can family members and/or friends check-in for me and pick-up my race packet?
Yes, with the new updated USAT ruling, we now allow that other people can pick up packets for atheltes. They MUST bring a copy of the athlete’s Photo ID in order to grab their packet. A photo copy or picture of the ID will be accepted.
Can I change my relay entry to an individual entry?
You will be able to change your relay entry to an individual. You will NOT receive the difference in entry fee. Please email info@tris4health.com for questions.
What if my team members can’t compete due to unforeseen circumstances and I am the only one on my team?
If only one athlete remains on the team due to injury or other circumstances, that athlete can participate as an individual entry. The individual will not receive the difference in entry fee.
Do all team members have to be at athlete check-in at the same time?
No. Each relay member may check in at packet pick-up at different times or one member of the team can pickup for all members as long as they have photocopies of everyone’s IDs.
Will all team members receive all the race swag?
Yes, each athlete that participates in a relay will receive all the race swag.
