Nutrition on the Course

There will be an aid station in transition at the swim exit offering:

  • Gatorade
  • Water

There will be four aid stations along the bike course offering:

  • Gatorade Bottles
  • Water Bottles
  • Bananas
  • Pretzels
  • Gel
  • Ice

IMPORTANT: For bottle exchanges, Athletes must slow to 5mph or Volunteers will not attempt the exchange. This is for the safety of both the volunteers and athletes.

There will be four aid stations on the run course (approximately every mile) offering:

  • Gatorade
  • Water
  • Pepsi
  • Ice
  • Gel
  • Bananas
  • Oranges
  • Pretzels
  • Pickle Juice
  • Broth
  • Cookies
  • Cool Sponges
